Kendal Rumplik, Dreams of Green
Kendal Rumplik is a senior at Miami University studying English Creative Writing. She loves her friends and doing any type of outdoor activity. She spends most of her time reading or writing and one day wants to become a successful author. A fun fact about her is she received her Associates Degree a few days before she obtained her high school diploma!
Kayla Plunkett, Artist
Kayla Plunkett is a graduate of the University of Delaware’s Visual Communications program. Ever since she was young, she has immersed herself in all things creative: from writing, to painting, to branding and design. When not creating digitally, she loves to paint abstract style pieces that relate to the chapter of her life she is currently in. She loves to include emotion in her work and finds that abstract art helps her lean into that concept.
Kay Biniker, Artist
Kay Biniker is a graduate of Ohio University. She is an artist who uses the human form as a primary subject in her work. She admires how the body’s form can be seen in abstract ways, and she frequently finds new ways to mimic it. Her work ranges from digital and two dimensional to three dimensional sculptures.
David Wanczyk, Yellow Sounds Off and Surrender
David Wanczyk is the author of Beep: Inside the Unseen World of Baseball for the Blind and has published work in Slate, Salon, The Boston Globe Magazine, and others. He is the editor of the literary journal, New Ohio Review, and teaches at Ohio University.
Joseph Brown, Tarnished White
Joseph Chamberlain Brown, better known by his friends as Jobi, is a junior at Brigham Young University - Hawaii. He is currently studying Political Science with an emphasis in Emergency Management, and has a special interest in counterterrorism, emergency medicine, and Middle Eastern affairs. He is the firstborn child of an art school dropout and a cattle farmer's daughter, and his youth was spent roaming the wilderness of the Ozarks at the heart of the North American continent. Jobi's ambitions as an author include investigative journalism, memoirs, short stories, and poetry, and he is known to dabble in photography from time to time.
Alesha Davis, Ruby Red
Alesha Davis is a junior at Ohio University studying Journalism and English. This is her first year writing creatively, and she considers herself a new amateur poet. They enjoy exploring subjects such as gender, race, and nationality and can often be found pondering the human condition and what to have for dinner. They hope to continue to explore their questions through poetry and strives to continue to learn new things about themself.
Katie Limberg,The Blue Bird
Katie Limberg is a graduating senior studying creative writing at Ohio University. She specializes in fiction, with a particular interest for the novel form. After college, she is planning on attending the University of Kentucky in the fall to earn a Masters in Fine Arts with a fiction concentration.
rose auslander, Who knows why the bay was that color
rose auslander lives on Cape Cod and is addicted to water and poetry (not necessarily in that order). She is the author of the book Wild Water Child, winner of the 2016 Bass River Press Poetry Contest; her chapbooks include Folding Water, Hints, and The Dolphin in the Gowanus; and look for her poems in the Berkeley Poetry Review, Baltimore Review, Chicago Quarterly Review, New Ohio Review, New American Writing, LEON, RHINO, Roanoke Review, Tinderbox, and Tupelo Quarterly, and upcoming in the Atlanta Review. She earned her MFA in Poetry at Warren. Wilson.
Michael Guerriero, So, Swim in White Snow
Michael Guerriero is a senior at Ohio University pursuing a BA in Geography. He is an American Canadian who spent his most formative years at Charles Daley Park with his Grandpa Ludwig, wondering how hard it would be to swim to Toronto.

Clare is an English major who loves reading about sad things and feeling happy things.
Debbie Grossman, Artist
As a young child, Debbie wanted to become an artist. Throughout the years she created art for enjoyment and used it as a therapeutic tool. When times of challenges occurred in her life, she produced a large amount of paintings. She decided to start selling her paintings in 1995. At that time, she placed second out of 1,300 artists in an international art contest. She has several repeat collectors and new ones as she creates fresh new pieces. She would love to have my artworks on display in a museum one day. In addition to being an artist, she has taught people of all ages. She absolutely loves the six years that she taught children from kindergarten through fifth grade. They have such amazing energy! Unlike adults, they are not scared to make mistakes and are very open to using new techniques and
materials.
Steve McGuinness, Artist
Steve McGuinness is a contemporary artist and educator based in the Cathedral City of St. Albans. He graduated in Fine Art from the Manchester Metropolitan University. There followed a rewarding career in Art Education, teaching Initially part- time at Manchester Grammar School before moving to Spain. He spent a productive period living and working in Palma. Returning to England he was Head of Art at St Albans High School for Girls. He has continued to exhibit his work both nationally & internationally. Stephen’s work is rooted in a solitary contemplation of the sublime beauty of the landscape and demonstrates a profound fascination with the natural world.
Willow Young, Artist
Willow Young is a Cotswold based artist, inspired by gratitude, joy and energy in nature. Her paintings often incorporate the use of white flowing dots representing a natural energy but her hope is that the viewer takes their own meaning from the work. Joy connection and communication are hugely important to Young and it’s these ideas of hope and unity in community that she aims to inspire. She can be found on Instagram at @willowyoung_art
Will Cares, Artist
Will Cares (b.1964) is an artist living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His works have been exhibited throughout the state. His work has been published in Create! Magazine, and shown at the 35th Michigan Fine Arts Competition in Birmingham. “Crossroads”, an outdoor installation of maple saplings and twine, was part of the inaugural year at Michigan Legacy Art Park in Thompsonville, MI. He has shown in Columbus, Ohio, and at The Other Art Fair Chicago, presented by Saatchi Art. He received an MFA from Wayne State University in Detroit and a BFA from Eastern Michigan University, in Ypsilanti, MI. He has taught Art in the Dearborn Public Schools for twenty-two years.

Joshuwa Riggs is a writer currently living in Brooklyn, NY. He is working on a short story collection and trying everything.
Ilana Zweschi, Artist
Ilana Zweschi is an artist working in Seattle, Washington. In 2011 she graduated summa cum laude from Skidmore College as an Art Major/Mathematics Minor, and earned an MFA in painting from SUNY Albany in 2014. She is currently represented by Linda Hodges Gallery in Seattle and is an instructor at Cornish College of the Arts. Zweschi has exhibited her works nationally, is part of the Meta and Microsoft art collections, and received the DASH artist grant for 2022. Notable group shows include: Tiger Strikes Asteroid in New York and Museum of Museums in Seattle. Her work has been published in New American Paintings, a Youngspace interview, and featured on the opening page of the Culture section of the Seattle Met in 2020.
Benjamin Ervin, Pink Eye and Joe
Benjamin Ervin (He/Him) is an English Literature and Writing Major with too much time on his hands. Between writing articles on his latest obsession, he enjoys long bike rides and reading everything he gets his hands on. His favorite color is a blend of blue-grey like the ice on a lake.
